  I no longer trust chase. For the past few months when I call, my calls are being routed to the south of USA(southern accents),and to Asia(possibly Korea,Phillipines). Consistently asked for my social security number and account number and when I do not want to give over the phone they say they will transfer me to telephone banking and I'm put on hold for a very long time. They keep transferring my calls to other departments and even had my call once transferred to Nigeria or something of that sort and asked for my Ssn and account number which is not needed. They say I'm being transferred there to collections and other departments because my account is overdrawn even when it is not. It's really fishy because I will enter the card number at the prompt and then the whole electronic prompt will play over again and it will ring over again and then I'm asked for my ssn and account number. I do not trust this system at all and I believe it is hacked. Never in my life before did chase ever ask me for my ssn number once I got on the phone with them. I am planning to make a more detailed report soon. I did notice the voice of the Asian lady before was a lady named Sarah. I am very stressed out that I can't even make a simple phone call and deal with my banking situations over the phone. I no longer trust this bank at all and no one else should either. They're is definitely some hacking going on here and even before they have noticed my account had hacking activity several times and they don't care to get it under control.
